Six Degrees of separation:

It is said that every person on this earth is connected to every other person through a maximum of six others.

It means that your best friend from school( or your school crush) is just six people away from coming back into your life.

All of us have this concept of " Best Time" we had in our lives.

It represents that stage in you life when you were most happy, for most of us it is some stage in our childhood.

It is perfectly normal to be nonstalgic about those times and wish you could go back to those perfect days. As one gets older,the greater this yearning becomes.

We fantasize about going back to those days,to relive those moments again.We wish to change certain things we did back then, which still haunt us,which we believe had the power to alter the very life we are leading today.



Maybe this time you would be able to muster the courage to talk to that girl you always liked..

Maybe this time you would actually help that dumb kid everybody always picked on..

If only...

We strive to replicate those times, our idea of a perfect life for us ,has at its very essence, those days.It is the force that drives us in our everyday lives.


So how about tracking down those six people who hold the key to your school crush?
Or how about if we really could go back to those times?

Would you?

The answer in my case and I suspect in lot others as well will be a no.

Why?Somebody says knowing is better than wondering.I disagree.

People need some fantasy to hold on to.We need to beleive in the possibility of a better life, a perfect life bcos not everyone finds his/her purpose in life.

For the rest of us, it is our fantasies that drive us.

Thats why I wouldn't want to go back in time for that girl I liked to tell me that she doesn't fancy me ...
or tracking her down now to find shes married to a classmate I never liked.. and that she had a crush on me back in school.

Kinda would ruin my fantasy...wouldn't it.
